The addition of foams or fillers reduce production costs
Latex Mattress Factory are one of only a few manufacturers Australia wide that manufacture latex mattresses using only pure and natural latex, with no foams or fillers added at the liquid state of the latex, and no layers of foam added in between layers of latex inside the mattress. Many mattresses made by other manufacturers are only as good as the weakest link, which is the cheaper polyurethane foam or non-latex materials in the mattress. As our mattresses are 100% pure latex throughout the entire depth and width, our mattresses will last for at least 25 years. Pure latex has a natural inherent quality of 100% lifetime memory, retaining its shape and eliminating the likelihood of indents or depressions.
