Manufacturing a Latex Mattress

Our factory manufactures our latex mattresses using the highest quality materials. The primary ingredient is obviously the latex block. You will notice the holes which help the mattress to breathe and move with you.
Each latex mattress block is cut to size. As we manufacture the mattress in our factory we can make to any size and shape required.
The covering material is then cut to size. You can choose from cotton print, Tencel or quilted bamboo (shown below).
Once the side has been covered and fitted, the material for the top and bottom are pinned at the corners.
The joins along the edge of the mattress are then sewn together all the way round.
A protective covering tape is then sewn in place to enclose the joined material and complete the encasing of the latex block.
